About the job Filling and Labelling Machine Operator
Job Description:
Our client, a reputed FMCG manufacturing company based in Dubai, is looking to hire experienced Filling and Labelling Machine Operators. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production line machinery and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of filling and labelling processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Start-up and shut down production line machinery according to manufacturer recommendationsPerform basic maintenance on the machines to ensure proper functionalityAdhere to all safety measures during machine operation and maintenanceMaintain cleanliness and organization in the machine areaRecord raw material consumption, job requirements, breakdowns, and raw material specificationsEnsure product quality and appearance meet company standardsEnsure accurate coding of products
Qualifications:
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum of 1 year of experience operating filling and packing machines in the beverage industryProficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)Computer literate with the ability to operate production-related softwareStrong experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
