To work customer to trouble shoot and rectify issues in the assigned territory
To prepare failure information report
To communicate to headquarters on resolution of field issues
Conduct customer visits where necessary
To promote spare parts and service sales solution
To provide support for machine sales department on product launch events, tender documents preparation and other sales support
To be a technical expert and a single point of contact for products in the assigned territory
To collect, consolidate and communicate customer requirement for future product development activities.
Process warranty claims in the assigned territory
To provide training
Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Vehicle, Material, Electrical)
Strong knowledge/experience on mining application and equipment (troubleshooting, repair, maintenance)
Strong Technical understanding of earth moving , construction & mining equipment
Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and motivate others
Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking) and
Arabic (speaking, reading & writing) is an advantage
Ability to organize, prioritize and flexible to meet the deadlines
Ability to manage multiple task and problem solving
Computer skills and knowledge in internet based application is a must
Ability to travel is an advantage
with UAE Driving License is a must
