الوصف الوظيفي

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support for Oracle Xstore installations and configurations at retail locations across Dubai.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to Oracle Xstore, ensuring minimal downtime for the retail operations.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and upgrading of Oracle Xstore software.
  • Perform system health checks, maintenance tasks, and preventive measures to ensure system stability and performance. 


المهارات

Preference:

  • Proven experience working with Oracle Xstore, including installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong technical understanding of POS systems in a retail environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Xstore software, including configuration and troubleshooting on both hardware and software sides.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a field engineering role, specifically with Oracle Xstore in a retail environment.
  • Experience in providing technical support in high-pressure retail environments
