Female Retail Sales Associate - Arabic Speaker

 Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and provide recommendations based on their needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including product displays and shelves.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and current sales trends.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in a retail or sales-related role is preferred.
3. Familiarity with products in the retail industry is a plus.
4. Proficiency in using cash registers and handling cash transactions.
5. Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
6. Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
8. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
9. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
10. Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE.
