Female Nurse for Homecare Doctor On Time

Ontime Group is hiring a compassionate Female Nurse with a valid DHA license to join our esteemed homecare team at Doctor On Time. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care directly to patients in their homes. You will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of our patients while working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.

• Administer nursing care to patients at home, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring overall health
• Perform thorough assessments of patient conditions to inform and adapt care plans accordingly
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop tailored healthcare strategies for each patient
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, self-care practices, and medication management
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of all care delivered
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a hygienic and safe environment for patient care
• Establish effective communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
