- Provide basic nutrition coaching to clients, offering practical advice
on healthy eating habits.
- Scout and enroll new clients, building strong relationships to encourage
long-term engagement.
- Schedule and rebook client appointments as per their needs and requests.
- Attend regular coaching meetings to stay updated on company policies and
client care techniques.
- Assist with any client-related tasks as directed by management, ensuring
high levels of satisfaction.
- Proven experience as a Fitness Trainer or in a similar role, with
hands-on experience in training clients.
- Ability to instruct and motivate individuals, tailoring training plans
to meet clients' unique needs.
- Knowledge of a wide range of exercises and fitness techniques, with the
ability to adapt them based on client capabilities and goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport
with clients.
- Knowledge of emergency First Aid procedures with the ability to respond
calmly and effectively in emergency situations
- A strong passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
