Job Responsibilities:
• Provide expert guidance on business setup, company formation, and restructuring processes.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of company formation across mainland, free zone, and offshore jurisdictions.
• Stay updated on UAE laws, including AML, UBO reporting, and Economic Substance Reporting (ESR).
• Maintain and manage client information in the CRM system with accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive engagement.
• Draft and review corporate documents such as resolutions, attestations, legalizations, and bank account applications.
• Liaise with government departments, free zones, and banks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Excellent command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented professional with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Eligibility:
• Preference will be given to female candidates on a husband visa.
• Candidates must currently reside in the UAE.
