We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a productive work environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents and files.
  2. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business correspondences.
  3. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
  4. Track and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  5. Manage and update company databases and systems.
  6. Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, including preparing necessary documents and arranging orientation sessions.
  7. Support the HR department by maintaining employee records and assisting in HR-related tasks.
  8. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  9. Perform general administrative duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
  10. Ensure the office premises are kept clean and organized.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum 1-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  6. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  7. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  9. Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  10. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
