Supervise farm workers, assign tasks, and ensure operational efficiency. Oversee daily farm operations, including planting, harvesting, and livestock care. Maintain and ensure proper functioning of farm equipment. Keep accurate records of farm activities, labor, crops, livestock, and equipment. Assist in crop/livestock health management (feeding, watering, monitoring). Collaborate with the Farm Manager on operational plans. Manage worker performance, provide training and feedback. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Participate in farm improvements and upgrades as directed by the Farm Manager. Requirements 2 to 4 years of experience in farm management. Strong leadership and team supervision skills. Knowledge of farm operations and equipment maintenance. Ability to work independently and follow manager's instructions.
