Oversee the bedding and tendering process for facility management projects, ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards
Develop and execute tendering strategies that enhance service delivery and cost efficiency

Evaluate proposals and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms to ensure it is matching the industry rates to maintain the competitive edge
Create and maintain comprehensive records of the tendering and bidding processes, including documentation and correspondence
Monitor tender timelines and ensure timely submissions in line with project schedules
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new Clients
Maintain and manage client data base and communication line live with them
work thru all channels to create business leads
Provide training and support to team members involved in the bedding and tendering processes
