Facility Maintenance Technician - UHNWF

Apt Resources is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to join our client's elite team and support a UHNWF (Ultra High Net Worth Family). In this vital role, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring the efficient operation of our client facilities. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment to identify and address maintenance requirements.
• Perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain and repair building fixtures, fittings, and systems.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist with the installation and upkeep of new equipment and systems.
• Carry out general upkeep tasks, including painting, carpentry, and landscaping.
