This role includes developing CAPEX strategies, monitoring project timelines, enforcing HSE regulations, and managing cost efficiency while maintaining high service standards.

Description
Conduct inspections to maintain service standards and compliance.Oversee renovations, maintenance, and fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and regulatory requirements.Manage FM service providers' performance, KPIs, and monthly assessments.Coordinate property handovers and liaise with the Property Management division.Develop CAPEX strategies, sustainability initiatives, and annual budgets.Act as a point of escalation for emergencies and critical issues.Oversee private property maintenance and procurement activities.
Profile
A successful candidate for the Facilities Manager role will be a dynamic professional with a strong background in facilities management, holding a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). They will have at least 10 years of experience managing diverse property portfolios, including high-rise residential, commercial, retail, and industrial properties.
