FACADE CLEANER - ( 240002OA )
Description
Co-ordinate with Site Supervisor in the day to day running of the maintained premises cleaning and ensure that high degree of cleanliness of the glass/window of the resident or commercial buildings at all times and that obligations are met in full.
§ Ensure agreed standard of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in all areas assigned in accordance with correct procedure and administration.
§ Complete knowledge of cradle operating
§ Having full experience and understand the weather condition.
§ Ready to go any level of height of the tower.
§ Identify and anticipates client/customer requirements and needs to be coordinated to the Supervisor when required
§ Follow EHS Rules & Regulations.
§ Fully aware of PPE requirements.
Qualifications
· Certificate in Primary Education with relevant experience of 2- 3 years in the Cleaning/ Housekeeping industry, ability to work with minimum supervision.
· Must be physically and mentally fit to perform the job requirements.
· Must be holding Cradle operator certificate
· Ability to demonstrate basic Literacy and Numeracy
· Must display good manners and tidiness.
· Communication Skills should be good as fluent in written and spoken English will be an advantage.
Middle East driving experience will be preferred but is not essential.
