The F&B Captain will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our All-Day Dining Restaurant, ensuring that our guests enjoy a memorable and high-quality dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily operations of the team to ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met
- Lead by example, providing guidance and motivation to the team to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any special requests, concerns, or feedback in a prompt and professional manner
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the restaurant
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and Supervisor to manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, following company policies and local regulations
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and maximize guest satisfaction
- Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and service teams to guarantee timely delivery of food and beverages
What We Need From You
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards, operations, and health & safety regulations
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- A positive attitude and a professional appearance at all times
- Previous experience in a high-end or fine dining environment is an advantage
