Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Actively prospect and generate new client leads through various channels (networking, referrals, and marketing).
• Property Sales: Present, market, and sell properties to clients, ensuring they are matched with the ideal home or investment opportunity.
• Client Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing expert advice and support throughout the sales process.
• Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends, market prices, and competitor offerings to better advice clients.
• Negotiation & Deal Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and conditions to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Administrative Tasks: Prepare contracts, handle paperwork, and manage listings in the company database.
