-Ensure inventory and its mandatory attributes are available on salesforce.
-Manage the status, restriction remarks, restriction start and end date.
-Create, cleanse and manage Unit allocations.
-Support sales team with inventory availability, Booking process, POP submission and Reinstatements.
-Co-ordinate with head office for Sales admin related Inventory, Bookings jobs.
Experience and Technical Knowledge-:
-Should have worked on salesforce platform as a sales operations professional in a Real Estate company.
-MS-Excel is a must
-Proficiency in Portuguese and English (Written and spoken) is a must.
