Manage the CEO’s personal brand: Oversee branding efforts across media, speaking engagements, podcasts, and consultancy projects.
Manage the CEO’s calendar: Ensure seamless scheduling, prioritizing, and time management.
Streamline operations: Improve efficiency through process optimization and strategic planning.
5+ Proven years of experience as a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant at an executive level.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in managing social media, branding, or PR is a plus.
Strong understanding of business administration, operations, and recruitment processes.
