About the business area
The Corporate & Investment Banking Group (CIBG) provides a portfolio of corporate banking services, including investment & transaction banking as well as financial market solutions. This sophisticated product suite is powered by efficient digital platforms and distribution channels. It serves a broad range of clients both domestically and across the MENA region, including government entities, financial institutions, large to mid-size corporates, and commercial clients (SMEs), and maintains strategic relationships with leading banks globally.
We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join CIBG team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
1.Revenue Generation
Identify target markets/new business opportunities and monitor competitors’ activities/strategies in order to seize potential opportunities and ensure achievement of targets within the agreed risk parameters of the Bank
2.Performance Monitoring
Provide direction and support, monitor and track progress of team against agreed sales plans for assigned territory/portfolios to ensure achievement of targets
3.Relationship Management
Review client dossiers to ensure current and future needs are captured and assist/advise clients on new solutions, developments and emerging opportunities
4.Risk Management Monitor performance of client portfolios in order to understand and report on risk profile and highlight/update approving authorities with any changes in risk profile
5.People Management
Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance Manage the effective achievement of the team’s objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing the team and providing formal and informal feedback to maximise overall performance, engagement and motivation
6.Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures
Recommend and implement improvements to departmental policies, procedures and processes covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while ensuring that ADCB delivers best-in-class services, products and innovation 7.Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to contribute to organisational and departmental change initiatives, programmes and projects taking into account best practice and standards in the business environment
8.Customer Service
Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions
