To schedule drivers for pickup or delivery of loads to customers at the same time keeping records, monitoring job orders, and maintaining daily driver logs.
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinating with IFFCO Group companies on job orders
Scheduling and dispatching of trucks from both hired and self-owned fleet
Tracking fleet movement & liaisoning with Group companies from loading point to final destination to ensure completion of job order
Ensuring driver & vehicle safety & compliance
Reviewing export & Import loading operation on daily basis and solving daily driver problems
Coordinating with workshop to clear the vehicles from terminal & assign for local & export trips.
Liaisoning with border clearing agent for smooth transit of vehicles through UAE borders
Ensuring necessary documents are in place for Border Entry & Exit procedures
KPIs
Maximize use of company assets & reducing dependency on hired fleet
Minimizing cost by effective management of fleet & negotiation of freight prices
Work experience requirement
2-3 years of Transportation/Logistics/Customer service experience
