Version: 1• Assist in identifying performance trends, discrepancies, variances and areas of focus within performance data, analyzing their root causes and potential impacts.• Participate in providing a clear and detailed analysis of these findings to enhance understanding of performance drivers and their implications.• Assist in preparation of comprehensive performance reports, making them accessible and insightful for a diverse range of stakeholders, highlighting key findings and insights.• Utilize basic analytical tools and methodologies to extract meaningful insights from performance data and anticipate potential future impacts.• Provide reliable support to management by actively participate in discussions and meetings, presenting findings, suggestions insights and advice derived from performance data analysis.• Assist in recommending actions to close performance gaps and enhance operational effectiveness.• Collaborate in developing innovative solutions to optimize performance outcomes.• Work alongside technology team and other relevant departments to improve data extraction and reporting processes.• Engage in the ongoing evaluation and improvement of the performance monitoring system.• Ensure that the system's features and functions remain aligned with organizational goals and evolving industry standards.• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties involved in the performance monitoring process.• Ensure information is conveyed effectively to facilitate collaboration and understanding.• Assist in translating complex data findings into understandable insights for stakeholders of various backgrounds.• Provide support to the Manager in leading and mentoring the performance data management and analysis team.• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance monitoring and data analysis.• Continuously look for opportunities to improve personal skills and competencies in performance monitoring and data analysis.


Qualifications & Experience:● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, Strategic Management, Statistics, or a related field.● Certified in PMP is a plus.● Experience in collecting and compiling performance data from various sources.
