Job Description:
Overseeing kitchen operations, including staff management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Managing food costs, inventory, and sourcing high-quality ingredients within budget.
Training kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation.
Ensuring every dish meets cafe's standards for taste, presentation, and consistency before it’s served to customers.
Qualifications:
Open to Filipino, Sri Lankan, and Indian nationalities
Male, 38 years old and below
At least 3-4 years of UAE experience in Italian cuisine
