Executive Assistant

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
  
• Accountant and payment support
  
• Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including emails, calls, and letters.
  
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  
• Payment and Invoice Management - assist the CEO in reviewing and approving invoices and payment requests.
  
• Assist the CEO in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  
• Conduct research and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  
• Support the execution of special projects and initiatives led by the CEO.
  
• Monitor progress and provide updates on project timelines and deliverables.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
  
• Manage budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships as required.
  
• ​Ensure all administrative processes are efficient and streamlined.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  
• 5-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in real estate development or a similar industry.
  
• Strong understanding of the real estate development lifecycle and industry terminology is a plus.
  
• English – Advanced, Russian – Advanced
