1. Implementing the requirements of the Dubai Government Excellence Program by contributing to planning and implementing gap studies at the department level and participating in preparing and reviewing the application documents for the program and submitting the necessary reports.2. Holding internal evaluation sessions for candidates for the institutional and administrative excellence categories and providing them with evaluation reports and following up on their implementation.3. Conducting periodic evaluations to measure the department’s level of commitment to quality and excellence standards and programs, and preparing and developing continuous improvement plans to raise the department’s performance level to achieve excellence.4. Preparing the necessary programs and awareness raising to consolidate the concepts of best practices in this field to ensure the preparation, qualification and equipping of organizational units to participate in various local and international awards.5. Auditing the implementation of technical tasks related to meeting the requirements of the Dubai Model Program, and developing institutional services in line with the standards of government excellence programs.6. Preparing studies and research related to institutional excellence, analyzing the results of the studies, comparing them with the best practices applied, and submitting the necessary recommendations regarding them to the direct manager.7. Preparing benchmarking studies and necessary research with various leading entities at the local, regional and international levels, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, preparing the necessary reports on the results and submitting them to the direct manager, including recommendations and development proposals.8. Submitting development proposals to create internal and external programs and awards to enhance performance and encourage excellence in the areas of innovation, excellence and sustainability.9. Preparing and implementing studies to measure satisfaction with functional and administrative excellence categories and submitting the results for approval by the Head of the Institutional Excellence Department.10. Contributing to preparing the department's nomination files to participate in local, federal and international awards.


  1. Bachelor's degree in Quality or Business Administration
  2. Minimum 6 years of practical experience in a similar job field
  3. Language skills in reading, writing and speaking in Arabic and English.
  4.  Completed national service requirements - Males
