* Preparing Presentations and Moodboard
* Visit venue location for measurement
* Coordinate venue requirement & submission
* Responsible for finalizing Job Order/Loading and Pull out
* Responsible for research and purchases of event materials for decoration
* Responsible for choosing right materials for event elements production.
* Responsible for sourcing supplier/manufacturer.
* Responsible for recording event set up coverage for time-lapse.
* Oversee event day set up; labor, décor, materials and addressing potential problems that may arise.
* Event Management Experience in UAE
*Well proficient in Autocad and 3DsMax desired
* Awareness about latest trends of Arab Weddings in GCC and drsti action weddings
