Key Responsibilities:
➢ Develop and maintain a comprehensive events calendar that aligns with the mall's strategic goals and community preferences.
➢ Plan and execute a variety of events including but not limited to seasonal festivities, themed promotions, workshops, and live performances.
➢ Create and implement event strategies that engage the community and drive footfall to the shopping mall.
➢ Foster relationships with local businesses, vendors, and artists to enhance event offerings and support local talent.
➢ Collaborate with the marketing executive to develop promotional strategies for events, utilizing social media, email campaigns, and local advertising to increase visibility and attendance.
➢ Prepare promotional materials and ensure that events are adequately promoted across all channels.
➢ Oversee the logistical aspects of each event, including venue setup, vendor coordination, staffing, and cleanup.
➢ Ensure events run smoothly and efficiently while providing a positive and engaging experience for attendees.
➢ Assist in the development and management of event budgets, ensuring that events are executed within financial constraints.
➢ Track expenses and provide detailed reports to the management team.
➢ Gather feedback from attendees and participants to assess the success of events and identify areas for improvement.
➢ Conduct post-event evaluations and report findings to the management team to refine future event planning.
Key Experience:
1. Working knowledge of mall marketing and advertisement practices.
2. Proven experience in event planning and activation.
3. Strong budget management skills.
4. Proficiency in conducting audit reviews and monitoring footfall data.
5. Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas to drive foot traffic effectively.
