Event Sales Manager

• Conducting site visits with potential clients across all assets. 
• Supporting sales department with Fam trips educating client on event spaces.
• Manages and provides support to executives within the team.
• Selling a range of events such as team buildings, birthdays, school programs and corporate events.
• Specializes in large scale events such as park privatizations and gala dinners.
• Develop event packages to adapt to market demand.
• Works closely with park operational team and external vendors to ensure client’s event requirements are met to a high standard.
• Uses CRM daily to track opportunities for each event enquiry they receive.
• Raise product requests on omni and crm as needed.
• Identify and act on opportunities to up-sell.
• Follow up on previously hosted events for potential repeat business.
• Generate and track all opportunities on CRM.

Work weekend days when required.

Essentials:

• Bachelor Degree
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Full driving license

• 5 years plus experience in Event Manager role within UAE

• People management expertise
• Excellent Powerpoint, Excel and Word skills
• Comfortable presenting to senior management
• Experience managing a team.
• Experience working in hospitality/leisure industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• UAE Driving license.
• Sales contract agreement management and negotiation
• Account management skills
