Your Role:
Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, the EV Project Specialist will support the Product and Marketing teams in implementing charging solutions and enhancing EV education through internal and external communications. This role involves cross-collaboration with various stakeholders to develop and execute marketing programs aimed at both customers and dealers. This unique cross-functional position offers the opportunity to learn about integrated go-to-market strategies and marketing. Additionally, the EV Project Coordinator will regularly interact with and present to senior leadership. Strong analytics and project management skills are essential for this role to assist in developing and executing marketing and product strategies with a data-driven approach.
What You'll Do:
EV Project Specialist - Intern Charging Project Management: Manage and implement charging solutions projects across the region. The coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of electric vehicle charging solutions projects. This includes managing timelines, resources, and budgets while ensuring that project milestones are met.
Internal Communication and Engagement : Be the voice that energizes our team! Create internal communications, engaging workshops, and memorable employee experiences.
Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to uncover insights and provide actionable recommendations that drives our EV initiatives forward
Market Research: Dive into market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the EV sector to stay ahead of the curve
Cross-Department Collaboration: Build synergy across various departments to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with our company's strategic goals
Marketing Assistance: Execute marketing activities to educate about our EV line-up
Administrative: Lead the charge in preparing comprehensive reports, meticulously track project progress, and create status presentations

Qualifications
Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program or a recent graduate enrolled in a higher education program. Enrollment in business, engineering, marketing, or sciences along with proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Skills: Strong analytical and research skills as well as good communication abilities and project management (Advanced excel skills and Microsoft Skills)
Interest in EVs: A genuine interest in electric vehicles, emerging technologies and sustainable transportation
Team player: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from various departments
