Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring high standards of presentation and service.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding food and drink offerings.
• Monitor guests’ dining experience and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
• Ensure all orders are served in a timely and efficient manner, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff.
• Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately.
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of food and beverages.
• Assist with setting up and clearing dining areas, as well as preparing for special events or functions.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, specials, and events to inform guests.
• Uphold the luxury standards of the hotel in both appearance and service delivery.
