5-10years of relevant experience
Proven experience in
Road, and infra structure in addition to asphalt works in UAE Familiar
with the construction methodology, process & sequence of work
Determining key
variables for cost and other estimates
Good relationships
with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, engineers etc.)
Excellent numerical
skills and an analytical mindset.
Determine key
variables for cost and other estimates
Gather
first-hand information from sites, and market
Have
experience/knowledge and/or Conduct research to obtain data on labor
costs, materials, production and etc.
Obtain and review
offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors
Perform risk analysis
Familiarity with
financial and project management principles
Proficient in relevant software (CAD and
CANDY or similar software)
Knowledge of contracts
