Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Estimation Manager to lead and oversee our estimating team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all bid preparations and project estimations. The Estimation Manager will play a critical role in our project development, working closely with project management and procurement teams to ensure all estimates align with project goals and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the estimating team to deliver accurate, timely, and competitive bids.
• Develop, review, and improve estimating processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates based on tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct risk assessments and value engineering exercises for all major projects.
• Collaborate with project management, procurement, and finance teams to ensure alignment on budgetary requirements.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to develop cost benchmarks and improve the accuracy of future estimates.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Present estimates to management and other stakeholders, justifying costs and assumptions made.
• Monitor and track costs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure they align with initial estimates.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior estimators and team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10 - 15 years of experience in estimation within the construction or related industries.
• Proven experience in leading estimation teams on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of project estimation software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations in the UAE market.
