Job Description
• Review Tender Documents to understand the client requirements.
• Coordinate with the Sales / Export Departments for any discrepancies and clarifications.
• Select suitable Design / Material / Brand / Equipment in consultation with the Operations Director / Estimation Engineers / Engineering Head as required.
• Coordinate with the suppliers for RFI / RFQ.
• Negotiate with the suppliers for best price and technical clarifications.
• Maintain submittal files such as ISO Certificates, Licenses, Authorizations, Database archives et al.
• Evaluate the supplier's sub-components proposals to propose the one most optimal solution.
• Prepare Estimation Sheet, Commercial Offer, Technical Specification, Drawing, Compliance Sheet and other submittal documents.
• Re-strategize the pricing and proposals for the lost and re-tenders.
• Handle the team members work during their absence.
• Ensure the organizational management business ethics are followed.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating fire fighting vehicles or similar products. Experience in the automotive or fire fighting industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. Effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and quality.
