Position Overview
The Media Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role involves managing relationships with media vendors, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring media plans align with marketing strategies. The Media Manager oversees both traditional and digital media, ensuring a cohesive and data-driven approach to media buying and planning. 
Key Responsibilities:  
Media Strategy:  
  • Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies across various channels (digital, social, print, broadcast, etc.).
Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media channels.
Content Development:
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to develop media content that aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.
Budget Management:
  • Allocate and manage media budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI) while staying within the marketing budget.
Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze performance metrics for media campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Relationship Management:
  •  Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and advertising agencies.
Social Media Oversight:
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely responses to audience interactions.
Crisis Communication:
  • Assist in managing crisis communication and reputation management via media outlets as needed.
Trend Monitoring and Innovation
  • Stay updated on industry trends, media technologies, and new advertising opportunities and educate the team and clients on emerging trends and best practices in media.
Key Skills responsibilities:  
  • Extensive experience working across the full Communications Planning process  
  • 3- 4 years of experience planning across Display, Search and Social Campaigns and offline  
  • Proven client management experience, handling key stakeholders, presenting, and managing expectations  
  • Strong knowledge of media planning and buying across different platforms.
  • Co-ordinate strategic planning activities  
  • Remain up to date with market trends and understand the market and customer demographics
