Job Summary:
Trane in Dubai is hiring for an Equipment Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for developing trusting customer relationships and maximizing account share and customer retention with building owner accounts, Consultants & Contractors
Responsibilities:
- Provide knowledge and consultation in the form of developing HVAC system related solutions for the customer’s requirements, including financial and performance-based considerations.
- Consistently ascertain customer needs and current market opportunities.
- Full understanding of electrification of heating, heat pumps and hot water systems design, implementation and market trends
- Responsible for expanding market share in heat pumps segment by designing, proposing and implementing efficient solutions.
- Generate leads by targeting new Clients, and working proactively with the existing clients on developing their requirements
- Convert leads into opportunities by developing the most innovative and optimized solution for the customer need
- Identify untapped Customers and maintain existing customers for achieving assigned sales targets, Profitability and Receivables
- Responsible for all the activities in the Sales function from inquiry generation, Proposals, Technical and Financial Discussion, Negotiation and Finalization of orders, Delivery and After Sales.
- Prepare presentation and trainings for Customers on Trane products and latest technologies in HVAC systems
- Develop and execute an account specific business plan to identify the long term, mutual support requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable, and successful business.
- Assist customers in answering technical inquiries on HVAC systems, Trane Products, and relevant industry issues.
- Travel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology,
- Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in sales of HVAC systems in UAE.
- Worked with clients, consultants and contractors and possess deep technical knowhow of HVAC systems.
- Full understanding of electrification of heating, heat pumps and hot water systems.
