Job Summary

We are seeking a punctual, energetic, and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator & Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in different locations across the UAE, possess strong time management skills, and be capable of working nights and weekends as needed. The role involves operating and maintaining beach cleaner machines, transporting company staff, materials, and equipment to job sites, and ensuring that vehicles are always in top condition. This position also requires physical stamina for lifting and loading heavy objects when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining the beach cleaning machine.
• Transporting employees to and from labour camp and job sites or units.
• Delivering / Collecting materials and equipment required in job sites and/or completion of company products and services.
  
• Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route.
• Interacting with clients, company head office, and employees in professional conduct.
• Working at night and on weekends whenever required.
• Maintaining an organized travel schedule.
• Carrying out equipment and/or vehicle maintenance checks.
• Ensuring that equipment and/or vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use with guaranteeing that these are always kept perfect and clean.
• Arranging for equipment and/or vehicle repairs when necessary.

Experience & Qualifications

•  A valid UAE No. 3 and Heavy Equipment No 7 or 8 (Heavy Tractor/Heavy Equipment)
• 2-5-year driving experience within the UAE.
• Physical strength and ability to lift materials to load in vehicle.
• Ability to work on weekends and nights whenever required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good verbal communication (English).
• Professional, honest, and trustworthy candidates.
• Currently in the UAE and ready to join immediately is a plus.
