Align projects with strategic objectives and governmental regulations to maximise impact.Prioritise projects that drive business growth and align with strategic objectives.Implement clear governance structures and processes to ensure efficient decision-making and accountability.Proactively manage risks to minimise potential challenges and ensure project success.Efficiently allocate resources to maximise project outcomes while minimising costs.Continuously evaluate project performance to identify opportunities for enhancement and drive ongoing improvement.


Profile
Minimum of 12 years of experience in project management and PMOExperience of portfolio management, risk management, and financial management principles.Proven track record in managing large-scale government or investment projects, with experience in government regulations and procurement processes.Experience managing complex projects across multiple business units or functions.Experience leading or managing a PMO function. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex ideas to various audiences.
