Enterprise Effectiveness Specialist (In-house Consultant)

As the in-house consulting division of the Emirates Group, Operations Research & Effectiveness (OR&E) comprises a diverse team of over 30 professionals representing 15 nationalities. Our mission is to enhance the Emirates Group's performance by managing complex and critical projects across all business units. We deliver substantial business benefits through a range of services including: strategy development, organisational and operating model design, process excellence, customer experience, innovation and digital transformation, project management, and business performance optimisation.

THE POSITION

We are seeking passionate individuals eager to contribute to the future success of the Emirates Group. As an in-house consultant, you will lead and execute transformational and cross-functional projects. Responsibilities vary by project and include:

• Developing strategies and translating insights and recommendations into clear, actionable plans alongside senior leaders.
• Identifying and driving business process improvements and facilitating change management initiatives.
• Enhancing our customers' and passengers' experiences through significant service improvements.
• Designing, refining, and optimising business processes while evaluating potential business opportunities.
• Analysing departmental structures and crafting solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Supporting senior leaders in executing business plans that resonate with organisational goals and strategies.
