Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Enterprise Account Manager with a
proven track record in the UAE technology market, specifically in
IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity. The ideal candidate should have at least
5 years of experience, strong relationships with
5-10 key enterprise accounts, and a history of consistently
achieving and exceeding sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship management skills, capable of driving business growth by providing tailored IT solutions to enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with
5-10 key enterprise customers in the UAE.
Identify and
develop new business opportunities within existing and new enterprise accounts.
Drive the
end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Consistently achieve and exceed assigned
sales targets and revenue goals.
Develop and execute
account growth strategies aligned with the companys goals.
IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Solutions Selling
Promote and sell
cybersecurity solutions, including firewalls, endpoint security, SOC services, and compliance solutions.
Stay updated on market trends, new technologies, and competitive offerings in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
Work closely with
technical pre-sales and solution architects to propose tailored solutions to clients.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
Build strong, long-term
customer relationships at C-level and decision-maker levels.
Conduct
regular meetings, presentations, and solution demos for enterprise clients.
Act as a
trusted advisor, understanding client pain points and recommending the right technology solutions.
Drive
customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and account management.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with
internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, operations, and delivery teams) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Provide
accurate sales forecasting and maintain an up-to-date pipeline in CRM systems.
Prepare
proposals, RFPs, and contracts in collaboration with internal teams.
Represent the company at
industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Key Requirements
Experience & Market Knowledge
5+ years of experience in the UAE market in IT Infrastructure, Networking, and Cybersecurity sales. Proven track record of
managing and growing enterprise accounts. Strong relationships with at least
5-10 key enterprise clients in sectors like
Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Government, Oil & Gas, and Telecom. Consistent success in
achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Technical & Sales Skills
Strong understanding of
IT Infrastructure solutions (Data Centers, Cloud, Networking, Virtualization, Storage).
Knowledge of
Cybersecurity solutions (Firewalls, Endpoint Security, SOC, SIEM, Compliance Solutions, etc.).
Experience in selling
managed services, IT outsourcing, and cybersecurity services is a plus.
Ability to present complex technology solutions in a
clear, business-friendly manner.

Excellent

Education & Certifications (Preferred, Not Mandatory)
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Industry Certifications (CCSP, CISSP, AWS, Azure, Cisco, Fortinet, etc.) are a plus.

UAE Onsite/Hybrid
