Job Title: English Teacher & Substitute Teacher for other subjects
Location: Al-Ain, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking a qualified and dedicated English Teacher to teach English subject and also work as a substitute teacher for other subjects to fill in during the absence of the regular classroom teacher. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging English plus other subject lessons, managing the classroom effectively, and ensuring a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
Follow the lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to deliver for other subjects along with English language and literature content effectively.
Engage students in reading, writing, grammar, and communication exercises.
Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
Maintain discipline and classroom management to ensure a productive environment.
Supervise students during class time, breaks, or other school-related activities as needed.
Assign and review homework, assessments, or projects as instructed.
Provide feedback to the school and/or the absent teacher about student progress and classroom performance.
Ensure adherence to school policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
Prior experience in teaching or tutoring English preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
Ability to adapt to different grade levels (e.g., middle school, high school) and instructional needs.
