Engineers - MEP (UAE Nationals)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Emirati Engineer specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and management of MEP systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development:
• Develop and review detailed MEP designs, plans, and specifications for new construction and renovation projects.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure the integration of MEP systems.
• Project Management:
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the progress of MEP works.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure all MEP installations comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Perform risk assessments and implement safety measures for MEP operations.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
• Provide technical support for the maintenance and troubleshooting of MEP systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and efficiency of MEP systems.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including technical reports, progress updates, and project handover documents.
• Report on project status, risks, and issues to senior management.
