The Role As anEngineering Sales Specialist, your main responsibility includes the intensive development of the network with planning offices, general contractors and building owners as well as the preparation of tenders with the Victaulic product portfolio for technical building equipment, focused on key accounts within the UAE and KSA. What you will do • Project Specification and Influence: Identify major projects and engage early with MEP consultant engineers and planning offices to influence project specifications and vendor list with Victaulic solutions and products. • Professional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with consultant engineers, clients, and key decision-makers within the construction industry to drive specification adoption. • Technical Training and Support: Deliver technical training and support services to clients, including: o Highlighting product advantages, improving construction efficiency, and showcasing added value for building owners. o Providing tailored solutions for various disciplines, including preparation of detailed tender specifications. o Assisting in the effective use of design software such as Revit, and AutoCAD. o Offering cost-benefit analyses, including comparisons to traditional methods and supporting budget calculations. o Conducting competitor analyses to emphasize Victaulic’s unique benefits. • Project Documentation and CRM Management: Accurately document project details, participants, and timelines in Salesforce CRM to ensure seamless tracking and engagement. • Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with sales teams and regional managers on national and international projects to align efforts and share insights. • Industry Involvement: Represent Victaulic by actively participating in industry associations to enhance professional networks and promote the brand within the construction sector. About you
University / College degree, preferably as amechanical engineer.
Previous sales experience required
Familiarity with the piping business - or show the ability to quickly acquire the necessary knowledge and skills.
You have commercial feeling and ambition and a customer-oriented approach.
Result-driven - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing challenges.
Willing to travel as required (up to 75%)
Has strong communication skills and professional appearance.
