The Mechanical/HVAC Technician is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, HVAC, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems within the hotel. The role requires diagnosing issues efficiently, ensuring optimal performance of systems, and maintaining a comfortable and safe environment for guests and colleagues.

Qualifications
oDiploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Systems, or a related technical field.
oMinimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Mechanical/HVAC Technician, preferably within the hospitality, commercial, or facilities management industry.
oStrong ability to identify and solve technical issues efficiently.
oProficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics related to HVAC and MEP systems.
oSolid knowledge of HVAC components, including chillers, air handling units, ventilation systems, and refrigeration equipment.
oFamiliarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) for monitoring and controlling mechanical systems.
oKnowledge of health and safety practices in mechanical operations.
