Your Role:

As Senior Manager, Electrical Engineering, you will:

• You should be able to Lead the Electrical Department. 
• Manage the team and projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and project goals.
• Oversee the design, planning, and execution of electrical systems for various projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering with leadership roles in large-scale projects including hands-on work with Saudi Aramco or ADNOC projects. 
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Technical Expertise: Expertise in electrical plant setup, cable routing, and materials definition. Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with GCC region practices, particularly in Saudi Arabia or the UAE. Knowledge of international engineering codes (ASME, API, NACE, ASTM, ISO).

Your Impact:

• Lead the optimization of electrical systems within plant projects.
• Develop strategies for efficient cable routing and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage vendor engineering activities and oversee material requisitions.
• Provide technical support to the team and ensure project milestones are achieved.
