Job Description
- Lead creation Assets in Maximo and confirm Purchase orders as needed, while working with workshop supervisors.
- Oversee all monthly billing related to Engineering workshops related to third party through collaboration of planning supervisors and centralized billing team.
- Organize data for monthly Strat & Go related data for KPIs and ensure accuracy of records.
- Review all labor rates and ensure appropriate charge back wherever applicable, while being responsible for reconciliation of data with support from supervisors to capture all costs.
- Review details related to all Preventative Maintenance monthly and follow up with planning supervisors for any pending or overdue task.
- Control all details related to communication of relevant databases and work distribution including load test, registrations, and job plans.
- Lead all collaboration efforts between IT, Planning team and Engineering sections SMEs to ensure system workflow are optimized and regularly updates as per the needs of the department.
- Conduct all training sessions related to usage of systems team for end user and also ensure all team members are trained to ensure ongoing support.
- Provide support to Quality team members to ensure all relevant documents and details are presentable as and when needed for any internal or external audits and quality certifications.
