KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES



# Ensure keeping accurate and comprehensive records of all the activities of the section in a tidy and organized
manner according recognized index system for reference when needed.
# Prepare the periodical reports for campaigns throughout the year, as well as a compiled report at the end of
each year summarizing all the campaigns details and assure record of those documents.
# Prepare monthly statement of the fines and coordinate with finance for collection and submission.
# Meet contractors and respond to their queries and provide them with the documents requirements.
# Review the reports related to the inspection works carried out by the inspectors and make suggestions and
recommendations to handle the problems and overcome difficulties and improve the work and submit them to
the direct supervisor.
# Utilize related electronic systems to perform section duties.
# Study & coordinate the complaints received from the call center with the concerned departments until the
complaints are closed.
# Review the case studies and reports regarding the violation of contractors, to issue the fines according to local
laws.
# Assist in preparing documents required in section presentations and seminars.
# Help in preparing the annual budget with the concerned parties.
# Coordinate and execute all the administrative work concerned with the Emergency team of TRA, in terms of
arranging meetings, preparing minutes of meetings and coordinate the recommendation to be executed.
# Coordinate with Senior Engineers of the inspection teams to inform about the customer complaints and
regarding any matter could affect the safety of the road users or the general view of the Emirate.
# Study the objections and complaints submitted by various organizational units or the concerned external
bodies and investigate them and refer the results inclusive of suggestions and recommendations to senior
Engineer or Manager.
# Prepare monthly and annual reports about the financial revenue of the section and to coordinate with financial
team for submission and record of documents.


Education
# Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

# 0-2 years of working experience
# Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
# Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple
concurrent projects.
# Proven ability to develop quality standards, testing procedures, inspection reporting formats, and ability to
conceptualize tasks and accomplish them.
# Good knowledge of statistical methods and their applications..
# Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining
complex work processes.
# Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
# Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
