I work as a HR business partner for One Global organisation. We study handling people. HR business partner is a customer facing role and it's quite exciting. I'm involved in strategic matters and complex cases, working closely with business leaders and my fantastic HR colleagues across the world. My work there has a lot of variation. For example, organisational development, talent development, compensation, employee relations and the inclusion and diversity agenda. Recently, I'm leading a project to create and tailor a talent development programme for the organisation and support. In addition to my role as functional HR business partner, I really enjoy leading and supporting country labour project. In the given months, I may interact as many as 200 different people. So every day is a new experience, much more so than I originally anticipated. And I find that very satisfying.
