Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, or relationship management within the banking sector, preferably in employee banking services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in using banking software and CRM systems.
A customer-centric approach with a strong commitment to providing high-quality service.
Ability to analyze financial statements and business performance to provide appropriate banking solutions and advice.
