Early Careers and Emiratization Specialist
We are currently seeking an Early Careers and Emiratization Specialist to assist in implementing the Early Careers and Emiratization strategy in alignment with our MMC’s objectives. The primary focus of this role is to enhance the recruitment, development, and retention of our Emirati workforce.

We will rely on you to:
Implement the Emiratization strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
Attract and retain UAE Nationals.
Coordinate the Early Careers Program in collaboration with line managers.
Network with Talent Acquisition teams, National Placement Agencies, Universities, and Technical Boards.
Represent the organization in Career Fairs and Placement Workshops.
Develop and maintain relationships with local Government bodies supporting Emiratization.
Ensure the success of Emiratization development and Early Career programs.
Develop and coordinate training and onboarding initiatives for Early Career/Emirati colleagues.
Develop external networks and resourcing strategies to attract top UAE National talent.
Promote the organization as an employer of choice for Emirati Nationals.
Enhance cultural awareness within the company and manage relationships with external stakeholders.
Support talent acquisition for Early Career programs and assist in additional diversity events and programs.
What you need to have:
Emirati Nationals with a family book ONLY.
Graduate in any discipline, preferably with tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
What makes you stand out:
Additional qualifications or certifications related to Human Resources.
Experience in talent acquisition and program management.
Knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations.
Experience in the insurance or banking industry.
