Electrical Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installations and maintenance for various projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in supervising electrical works and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and wiring
• Ensure that all electrical work is carried out in compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Lead and direct a team of electricians and subcontractors, providing clear instructions and support
• Inspect electrical installations, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain high-quality work
• Monitor project schedules and coordinate with other teams to ensure timely completion of electrical work
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports, including work progress, material usage, and any challenges encountered on-site
• Conduct safety assessments and ensure all team members follow proper safety procedures and wear necessary protective equipment
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
• Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment and manage the requisition of materials
• Stay updated on the latest electrical technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably in the UAE or GCC region
• Diploma or relevant technical certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation processes, and safety standards
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams on construction or industrial sites
• Experience in inspecting and troubleshooting electrical systems
• UAE Driving License is required
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure in fast-paced environments
• Good communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial or industrial electrical projects in the UAE or GCC
• Certifications in electrical safety or other relevant areas
