Responsibilities:Electrical Maintenance:Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, circuits, and electrical panels.Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, ensuring systems are functioning efficiently and safely.Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.HVAC Systems Maintenance:Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) for commercial or residential buildings.Conduct regular inspections of HVAC equipment, ensuring proper operation and diagnosing malfunctions.Replace components such as filters, belts, and motors, and handle refrigerants in compliance with safety regulations.Troubleshooting & Repairs:Diagnose and resolve issues with both electrical and HVAC systems.Respond to service requests promptly, providing accurate and timely solutions.Work with team members or independently to carry out repairs in a cost-effective manner.Safety & Compliance:Ensure all electrical and HVAC installations and repairs are in compliance with safety standards and local regulations.Maintain proper documentation of repairs, inspections, and service schedules.Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory safety guidelines.
