ELECTRICAL BIM MODELER

• Develop and manage detailed 3D electrical BIM models using Revit.
• Ensure models comply with project standards and BIM execution plans.
• Integrate electrical models with architectural, structural, MEP, and other discipline models.
• Resolve design clashes and inconsistencies.
• Generate accurate construction documents, drawings, and schedules from BIM models.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation.
• Perform quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Implement best practices for BIM modeling and project execution.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in coordination meetings to ensure seamless integration of electrical elements.

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler in design consulting companies in the GCC.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit software for BIM modeling.
• Strong knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
• Excellent knowledge of electrical engineering principles and construction processes.
• Must be locally available in the UAE.
• Can join immediately.
